We want every order to be made correctly and handled with care. Because many of our items are engraved, personalized, or made to order, returns and exchanges are handled a little differently than standard retail products.
Personalized and Engraved Items
Most engraved or personalized items cannot be returned simply because they were made specifically for your order.
Please check all names, dates, ranks, spelling, punctuation, and engraving details carefully before placing your order. We engrave the information provided with the order, so customer-entered spelling errors or incorrect information may not qualify for a return or replacement.
If We Made a Mistake
If we made an engraving error, shipped the wrong item, or made a mistake with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the issue and work with you to make it right.
We may request photo proof of the engraving error, incorrect item, packaging, or product condition before approving a correction, replacement, exchange, or other resolution.
Damaged Packages or Products
If your package arrives damaged, or if the product inside was damaged during shipping, please contact us right away.
Please keep the original packaging and product until the issue has been reviewed. We may request photos of the damaged package, shipping label, product damage, or other details needed to help document the problem.
Return or Exchange Approval
Please contact us before sending anything back. Returns, exchanges, replacements, or corrections must be reviewed and approved first.
Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
