Shipping Information
Commemorative Dog Tags ships from Florida, USA. We are a small engraving shop, and each order is prepared and handled with care before it leaves our bench.
Where We Ship
We currently ship only to addresses within the United States.
International shipping is not available at this time.
Processing Time
Most orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days.
Custom orders, special layouts, larger quantities, or orders requiring additional setup may take longer. Business days do not include weekends or postal holidays.
Shipping Methods and Charges
Customers may select Standard Domestic or Priority shipping during the PayPal payment process. Shipping and handling charges are calculated according to the order amount and selected service, and are displayed by PayPal before payment is completed.
Shipping and handling charges include postage, packaging, and order-handling costs. We do not currently offer a free-shipping threshold.
Estimated Delivery Time
After shipment, Standard Domestic delivery is estimated at 2–7 business days. Priority delivery is estimated at 1–3 business days.
Including the usual 1–3 business-day processing time, estimated total delivery is 3–10 business days for Standard Domestic and 2–6 business days for Priority.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once a package has been accepted by USPS, delivery may be affected by weather, holidays, staffing, routing, address issues, or other carrier delays beyond our control.
Tracking Information
Customers receive shipping confirmation and tracking information when tracking is available for the selected shipping service.
Tracking information may take time to update after a shipping label is created or after the package is accepted by USPS.
Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including any apartment, unit, room, building, or facility information.
Please review the shipping address carefully before completing your order. Additional postage or other costs caused by an incomplete or incorrect customer-provided address may be the customer's responsibility.
Packages Shown as Delivered
When carrier tracking confirms delivery to the address supplied with the order, please check with household members, neighbors, reception areas, mailrooms, front desks, nursing facilities, assisted-living staff, and the local carrier if the package cannot be located.
We will provide available tracking information and reasonable assistance, but replacement or refund of a package confirmed as delivered is not guaranteed.
