Shipping Info
Commemorative Dog Tags ships from Florida, USA. We are a small engraving shop, not a bulk warehouse, and each order is handled with care before it leaves our bench.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
Custom orders, special layouts, larger orders, or orders that require extra setup time may take a little longer. We still try to ship most custom work within 3–4 business days whenever possible.
Shipping Method
We normally ship using USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail because these services usually provide the most reasonable shipping cost for small engraved items.
Shipping options and costs may vary depending on the order size, package weight, and current postal rates.
Estimated Delivery Time
USPS First Class Mail can take approximately 5–10 days after shipment. USPS Priority Mail is usually around 3–4 days after shipment.
These delivery times are estimates only. Once a package has been accepted by the Postal Service, delivery speed is controlled by USPS and may be affected by holidays, weather, staffing, routing, or other postal delays.
Tracking and Confirmation
Orders are processed through PayPal shipping. Customers receive an order confirmation and shipping confirmation, including tracking information when tracking is available for the selected shipping method.
Where We Ship
At this time, we ship within the United States only.
International shipping is not currently offered because overseas postage can be extremely expensive and may cost more than the product itself.
